Is it really free? What is the catch?

The account is free during early access, and there is no plan, price or card form anywhere on the product. The reason is not generosity: the panel is new, we want it used and criticised, and charging for it before it has earned that would be premature. If a paid plan is introduced later, it will be announced on this page and to account holders before anything changes, and no existing account will be charged without its holder's express agreement. Until then the product is free, and the sign-up form asks for an email address and a password and nothing else.

Is there artificial intelligence in it?

Yes, in one tab, and it is marked wherever it appears. AI Insight writes a structured commentary — headline, health rating, metrics, sections, risks and priority actions — from figures the panel’s engines have already computed, and its question box answers questions about your own figures while citing the cell each answer comes from. It produces no figure of its own: everything it refers to is computed by the deterministic formulas described in this FAQ, and every metric on the strip is still a fixed formula applied to the numbers you entered. Usage is capped per account and per day, which keeps the cost of the feature predictable and stops it from being sold to you as something more than commentary.

How are the metrics computed?

Monthly revenue is the sum over revenue lines of unit price multiplied by monthly units. Monthly total cost is the sum of the fixed cost lines plus the variable cost per unit multiplied by the total monthly units. Gross margin is monthly revenue minus variable cost, divided by monthly revenue, as a percentage. Contribution per unit is the average unit price minus the variable cost per unit. Break-even volume is the total fixed cost divided by the contribution per unit, in units per month. Monthly net result is monthly revenue minus monthly total cost. LTV is the contribution per unit divided by the monthly churn rate. LTV/CAC is that figure divided by the customer acquisition cost. CAC payback is the customer acquisition cost divided by the contribution per unit, in months. Where a divisor is zero or an input is missing, the panel shows n/a. These are the simple, widely used forms; if your business needs a different definition, the JSON export gives you the inputs to compute your own.

What do the portfolio and OPEX tabs compute?

The portfolio table works on the year you select. For each product, new sales needed is the target minus current revenue, the gap is that figure over the target, and for ARR products the monthly equivalent is the target divided by twelve; the totals row adds the products up, and coverage of the company target is the product total over the company target. The funnel per product takes the average annual contract value, the win rate, the sales cycle and the qualified pipeline: deals needed is new sales over ACV, qualified leads needed is deals over the win rate, closes per month is deals over the months left in the year, and pipeline coverage is pipeline over new sales needed, shown green at 3x and above, amber between 1x and 3x, red below 1x. The OPEX tab runs 36 months in lira: each salary line is gross salary times the raise index times one plus the employer burden, plus benefits times the inflation index; each expense line is the amount times the FX index for USD, the inflation index if indexed, or one; total OPEX is the sum of the ten categories plus contingency, times the scenario multiplier; revenue is the opening MRR grown monthly plus any other income you enter; net cash is revenue minus OPEX minus CAPEX plus any funding you enter; runway is the number of months with positive closing cash. Any division by zero shows n/a.

Can I delete my account?

Yes, from inside the panel, with one confirmation and your password. Members of a sales team send the deletion request to the team owner, and the owner of a sales team writes to info@u2aistudio.com. Deleting the account removes the account record, the canvas and every session on every device at the same moment; there is no soft delete and no copy is kept for you to restore. The data is held in one database on one server, so the deletion takes effect at once; the copies in the backups are deleted after 15 days (daily copies) or 90 days (full copies). Records you entered in a sales team stay with the team under a pseudonym. If you might want the canvas later, download the JSON first. Deletion is your right under Article 11 of Law No. 6698 and we have built it as a button rather than a request form.

Can I export the canvas?

Three ways. The Reports tab builds a designed A4 document (cover, running header and footer, page numbers, charts and, if switched on, the AI commentary) and Download PDF hands it to the browser's save-as-PDF from a document that contains the report alone, so the file matches the preview. JSON download gives you everything the account holds: the canvases, the revenue and cost lines, the product portfolio, the OPEX plan, the scenarios and the actuals. The OPEX monthly table also downloads as CSV, and a snapshot can be shared as a read-only link.

Is this financial or investment advice?

No. The panel is a planning tool that shows the arithmetic consequence of the numbers you typed. It does not know your market, your costs beyond what you entered, or your tax position, and it produces no accounting record, no valuation, no forecast and no recommendation. It is not investment advice within the meaning of Law No. 6362 and is not offered as such. Decisions about pricing, spending, hiring or raising money remain yours, and where they need an accountant, a lawyer or a licensed adviser, the panel is at most a page you bring to that conversation. The OPEX plan is no different: the social security and tax rates, the inflation and exchange-rate assumptions are yours to enter and to verify with your accountant.

Where do the numbers come from?

From what you entered. The 36-month OPEX and cash-flow engine, the per-product revenue model and the scenario engine compute everything; the formulas are the ones named on this page.

Can I export?

An A4 PDF report per module, the whole account as JSON, the monthly OPEX table as CSV, and a snapshot as a read-only link.

What happens to my data?

It stays yours. Delete the account with your password and the account, the panel data and every session go with it at once. Members of a sales team send the deletion request to the team owner, and the owner of a sales team writes to info@u2aistudio.com. The copies in the backups are deleted after 15 days (daily copies) or 90 days (full copies). Records you entered in a sales team stay with the team under a pseudonym: the end-of-day records and month-close figures for ten years, the other records with no time limit. The data is kept on one server of Amazon Web Services in Frankfurt, Germany.
